Classes and Consultations

Qigong is a blend of dynamic and gentle movements, diaphragmatic breathing and guided imagery that promotes health and healing. This ancient practice helps the body open our vital energy channels that stress can so often block and facilitate the flow of energy to help heal and feel our best. Qigong is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical condition or experience level.

Tina Johnson is a Spring Forest Qigong certified group leader and has led groups throughout the Verde Valley.
