Private retreat classes

Enhance your retreat experience by offering participants a gentle, grounding, and deeply

restorative Qigong class.

Sedona is known for its natural beauty, healing atmosphere, and powerful sense of presence.

Qigong fits beautifully into this environment. As a practice of mindful movement, breath,

posture, and inner awareness, Qigong can help retreat participants slow down, settle into their

bodies, and become more receptive to the deeper purpose of the retreat.

A Qigong class can be a meaningful addition to many types of retreats, including wellness

retreats, spiritual retreats, meditation retreats, women’s groups, trauma-informed gatherings,

creativity retreats, recovery programs, and personal transformation workshops.

Qigong may support participants in:

 Releasing stress and tension

 Calming the nervous system

 Enhancing breath, balance, and energy flow

Classes can be adapted to the needs of your group. The practice may be gentle and meditative,

energizing and balancing, or focused on relaxation, grounding, and integration. No previous

Qigong experience is needed, and movements can be modified for different levels of physical

ability.

Adding Qigong to your retreat gives participants a practical experience they can feel in the body,

not only understand in the mind. It provides a pause, a reset, and an opportunity to reconnect

with their natural vitality.

Recovery and wellness coaching

Recovery and wellness are not only about reducing symptoms. They are about restoring balance,

strengthening resilience, and reconnecting with the deeper resources already present within you.

My Recovery and Wellness Coaching service is designed for individuals who are seeking

support in healing, rebuilding, and moving toward a more grounded and meaningful life. This

may include recovery from stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, life transitions,

chronic health challenges, or patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

Through a compassionate and integrative approach, I combine principles of Qigong,

mindfulness, breath awareness, nervous system regulation, and whole-person wellness. The

goal is to help you cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional balance, physical vitality, and a

stronger sense of inner stability.

This coaching is not a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all program. It is a collaborative process.

Together, we explore what supports your healing, what drains your energy, and what practices

can help you return to a state of greater harmony. Qigong may be used as a gentle movement and

energy practice to support relaxation, grounding, and renewal.
